Dear Eric...

I wanted to let you know how pleased Penny & I are with a paint job your firm did on our home after its recent LP siding replacement. Though you were chosen by the siding firm [A Cut Above Siding], from our standpoint, their faith in your firm proved to be very well founded.

As you will recall, we had several discussions about color choice for the siding and trim. We were anxious to have the job completed and you were needing to schedule your crews as well but the patient you demonstrated and willingness to delay start-up until we were content with the color choices greatly lessened the anxiety that could have otherwise been present. As it is, we have been more than pleased with the final color selection.

Beyond that however, is the way in which Travis and the rest of your crew did their job. They were extremely skilled and competent as well as considerate and careful of surrounding concrete, garden and deck areas. Clean-up was great. And Travis' final "walk-around" and care, sensitivity and follow-thru with the few concerns we had was superb. (You treat that fellow well, ya hear?!!).

Though you and I have never met face-to-face, the phone conversations and e-mail's we've had have been obliging and pleasant.

I would be pleased to be used as "satisfied customer" reference, should that be appropriate.
